We want you to have your new WillowWORX products as quickly as possible. Our shipping service is FedEx Ground which will be calculated to your location.

Delivery Time – Is dependent upon 2 factors:

  1. Availability of product with an estimated 3 week turnaround to custom make the product or to receive the product to our shipping warehouse.
  2. FedEx Delivery takes 2-3 days.   Be assured that we will send your products to you as quickly as possible!

Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with WillowWORX We will be glad to answer any questions you have and provide PRODUCT USE Guidance.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  We offer 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on our products.

Please call 860-993-5283, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

If you change your mind,  you can return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for another one for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product returned must be in the same condition you received it in and the original packaging. Please keep your receipt. Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it and will notify you of the status of the return. Upon approval of the return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
